Body Psychotherapy sessions will offer you space to express how you feel, to manage day-to-day stress and explore past events. This can be through talking as well as body-oriented approaches such as movement, art, guided imagery, dialogues with objects that represent people in your life, or through Biodynamic Massage (a psychotherapeutic form of touch). Each session is unique to you and we’ll choose a way of working that feels right. I am offering Body Psychotherapy online only during Covid-19 until we can return safely to meeting in-person.
I’m an advanced trainee Body Psychotherapist working towards UKCP accreditation. With a background in teaching yoga, craniosacral therapy and Reiki, I passionately believe that the body holds its own wisdom and, when given a safe and supportive environment, can move towards healing outcomes. I offer a sensitive, safe, authentic and non-judgemental environment in which you can explore how to connect to yourself in deeper and more profound ways.
