I provide 1-1 and group psychotherapy sessions. The therapy space is a safe, confidential space to talk and express your thoughts and emotions in a creative way. Sessions are non-judgmental and focus on your strengths. I use a Humanistic / person centred approach, looking at the person as a whole – developing a stronger, healthier sense of self, whilst learning to understand feelings and emotions.
Movement, Dance, Story-telling, Drama, Art, Body Mapping, Developmental Rhythms, Mindfulness and Verbal Communication, are just some of the methods I incorporate into my therapy sessions for extended expression/ processing.
