Session options

Elizabeth can offer an environment in which you can express your feelings and gain a deeper insight into the issues you face.
Psychotherapy sessions are confidential (except in specific circumstances, which will be explained before any work commences). This means that you can talk about things you might not feel be able to discuss with anyone else. They are usually one-to-one, but may sometimes include a partner or family members, depending upon the individual’s needs.
Treatment can be short, or long-term and the number of sessions needed will depend on you, and the depth and complexity of the issues you want to resolve. It is unusual for therapy to last for less than six sessions and some types of therapy may last for two years or more.
Payment is required at the end of each session by direct bank transfer.

£70 per full hour session. £35 charge for late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment start time) or failure to show.

Tuesday to Thursday – Remote session via Zoom. 9 am – 8 pm.
Saturdays – Face-to-face (Covid restrictions permitting) 9 am – 5 pm.
