With an open mind and an open approach, I work from Bloomsbury, Central London and on SKYPE etc, with an international client base. This open approach creates an environment tailored to your uniqueness as an individual and your situation. Through this individual and unique collaboration you will be supported on a very personal journey.

If someone has pointed a behaviour out to you or if you have noticed it yourself, then i can support your developing self-awareness for improved mental health, improved emotional health and develop healthier ways of being.

You can call me or email me, whichever form of contact you feel comfortable with. You are free to ask me any questions and from that make a decision as to whether you would like to arrange a meeting either face-to-face or by Skype.
