Suitable for

I offer a safe and supportive space to work through a variety of challenging situations. My particular outlook is Jungian, or based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung. In practice, this means that there is an emphasis on the individual and on wholeness. Where possible, I work with dreams. However, the most important aspect of the work is the creation of a non-judgemental and compassionate listening environment where life issues can be explored.

My approach to psychotherapy is one of deep and empathetic listening. Piecing together a cohesive narrative in an environment that is compassionate and without judgement helps to navigate life’s difficult situations and to find a way forward that promotes healing and growth.

I am a fully qualified Jungian Analyst. My training organisation is the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (GAP). I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).

Session options

I am in private practice in south west London. Online and telephone appointments are also available. I would usually like to meet you for an initial session in order to explore the possibility of working together. This would normally happen online. I tend to work on a once or twice weekly basis and I use full hour sessions, but this is flexible, as needs do vary.
