Prior to working in mental health and addiction, I worked in the corporate sector where I developed strong mentoring, management, training and leadership skills. I have a good understanding of the stresses of working life, particularly the balance between the personal and the professional; the private and public.
With a strong background in Mental Health, Education, Business and the field of Addiction, my knowledge and experience has allowed me to see problems from a broader angle in assisting people find their own unique way to deal with their difficulties.
