Hello, welcome to Even Keel Counselling.

Admitting you need to talk to someone is often the first big step.
I offer counselling either face to face, telephone or online (Zoom/WhatsApp). If you prefer to be outdoors, I also offer walk and talk therapy .
If you prefer face to face counselling, I provide counselling in a warm and inviting location close to the Wrexham town centre.

I can help you to improve how you currently cope and provide a safe space for you to explore your present situation, feelings and behaviour. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, we can work together on the problems you are experiencing. Helping you to build grounding/coping techniques for managing everyday life. We can create your very own coping toolbox.

In our first counselling session, it gives us the opportunity to meet and talk about what has brought you to counselling. We can discuss how best to work together, exploring what you want to achieve and looking at what your expectations are of counselling.
