The aim is to gain a deeper insight into your issues. These insights may stem from understanding unresolved, unconscious conflicts. I offer support and practical feedback to help you explore and resolve current problems and change long-standing, mitigating troublesome behavioural patterns, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts or emotions. Whether the direction we take is more psychoanalytic or more directive and goal oriented, together, we help you find solutions, better ways to cope, or to bring about positive changes in the way you think and behave.
