As a Gestalt therapist, through the exploration of past events and how they are experienced in the present, I aim to raise awareness on how some fixed patterns of behaviour and beliefs are affecting your present life. My focus is not only on what is expressed in words but also on what the body says and how emotions get blocked.
I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space where together we can explore the reasons that have led you here. Effective therapy requires a trusting, mutual relationship where honest and respectful dialogue can take place.
The first session is an initial assessment to explore the issues you would like to work on, and possible ways of addressing them in therapy. You can tell me about yourself and learn a bit more about the way I work to see if you will be comfortable in therapy with me.
