About me
Welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy profile. As a qualified and experienced Relational Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor I will seek to develop a way of working with you which is the most appropriate to your individual style and the subject matter you wish to address.
I have a wide range of therapeutic expertise, alongside my vast life/work experience, enabling me to work with clients of varying backgrounds and with different life issues. I am also committed to supporting others to build upon their self-esteem, heal, grow and develop themselves. I am able to provide a safe, confidential, compassionate, non-judgemental and supportive environment, so that together we can explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing. My client’s advise that they find me to be friendly, patient and approachable, thereby assisting them to openly express their emotions and discuss life events which they previously been unable to talk about.
Comments received from my clients:
‘Therapy has shifted a huge weight off my shoulders…’
‘I feel that my life has been dramatically changed for the better…’
‘Approachable and non-judgemental, and this has been invaluable to me.’
‘I have discovered lots about myself… I feel like a new person.’
