Therapy with me is a process of self-exploration aimed at rewriting potentially toxic or misconstrued life scripts that might be holding you back from living life fully. I will support your journey towards becoming your best self.
I hold sessions in English and Romanian. I also speak French and Spanish and therefore can support clients that might need to express themselves in different languages or a mix of English and their mother tongue. I work relationally and provide a safe and confidential space to explore, feelings, thoughts and behaviours that might keep you back from reaching yout full potential and living a more fulfilling life.
