My aim is to provide a conversational space in which ‘problems’, so often seen as inherent, or, those relatively fixed qualities that are attributed to persons and to relationships, can be explored as external to us – ‘the problem is the problem, we are not the problem’ – Together we can have a critical view of our often taken-for -granted knowledge, be curious about our assumptions and about how things appear to be in various contexts. I am interested in how people interact in relationships in different contexts and what influences the choices they make regarding their actions and behaviours. The way I work is conversational. I will ask questions and share my thinking with you. This approach lends itself to short-term time limited work as well as longer-term, more open-ended work.
I have a keen interest in multiculturalism as well as in spirituality and how one, other or both, might influence our sense of self and our interaction with others.
