We provide professional and confidential counselling. Your counselling will be tailored to meet individual needs, short or long term. In certain circumstances The Counselling Room can offer reduced fees for our sessions. Please pick up the phone to discuss your circumstances and we will endeavour to find away forward to meet your needs. All consultations are completed by phone or by a video platform called Zoom. Although assessments are free of charge with no obligation to rebook, any appointments that are booked it is required to be paid for in advance.
Free assessments provides an opportunity to meet and consider if the match between the counsellor and yourself is a good match. The counselling relationship is a fundamental building block for effective counselling and eventually the ‘vehicle for change’ we hope.
