I am an integrative psychotherapist with 26 years of clinical experience. During this time I’ve worked in three distinct settings: an Outpatient psychotherapy department of a London NHS psychiatric hospital, a community-based mental health centre and in private practice. My experience spans the full range of mental health distress from
transient psychosis through to relationship difficulties, loss, mid-life re-assessments, sexuality, depression/anxiety/panic attacks, food related issues, feelings of stuck-ness, and disorders of personality.
I work relationally, by which I mean the healing potential of psychotherapy is most likely to result through the relationship forged between therapist and client.
