Session options

Our first session will be an assessment in which you will be able to tell me what is troubling you and I will ask questions to find more about you. If after this, I feel I can help you and you feel comfortable working with me, we will meet for regular weekly sessions, either face to face, or online. Each session is 50 minutes, apart from EMDR which can take longer. My fees are £65 – £85 depending on the time of day or whether the session is EMDR or not.
